We rise above the quagmire to perform very well and if we have good leadership we are very successful in meeting our goals.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More direct involvement with the leadership and working staff. Open conversations with discussions about the aspirations of the company and the person and how they can meld for rewarding work for both the person and the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The overall package with insurance and paid tome off is generous and high quality. However, the salary is high for my career level at this company but much lower than what I could make elsewhere given my experience, performance and knowledge.
