Kindred Healthcare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401 and stocks and opportunities all over

I would say paid mileage

Base salary is decent for positon.

Too many to choose gets confusunh

The bonus structure and benefits

Wish i had a higher base salary but happy overall

Review from Marketing Dept

Bonus, if you make target.

My pay is great for me and my needs.

Review from Admin Dept

retirement, health insurance, stress management, worker compensation

Best compensation package, I've ever had.

The insurance is not sell a kidney high.

Its fair but still below average

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company avoids paying bonuses, slow pays every bonus. Could care less about there employees. Will rob employees to save company money.

A decent raise would be nice

Yes they undervalue the employees and add more and more work to their already high workloads.

MONEY WOULD HAVE BEEN OKAY, IF THE UPPER MANAGEMENT CARED. I WORKED IN AN OFFICE THAT HAD A AWESOME ED. SHE JUMPED IN AND HELPED, IF THE PATIENT NEEDED IT.THEY GOT IT.SHE WOULD TAKE YOUR CALLS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.NO PROBLEM.THEY WOULD NOT GIVE HER THE HELP SHE NEEDED.SHE LEFT. BIG MISTAKE

If I were to be respected for the skills and talent I bring to the table and allowing me to work the way I work best without micromanaging me.

Increasing responsibility without increasing pay 401K match is minimal Healthcare benefits are expensive

CNAS make just a little bit more than minimum wage

Male executives make more than female.

Market adjustment surveys. I am drastically underpaid for my responsibility level.

I worked for less amount when two other employees made more

Review from Customer Support Dept

As previously mentioned, a Cost of Living and or performance raise. All we're told is NO while CEO continues to get raises for doing a "good" job. Its an insult to exceptional employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I don't feel undervalued but our benefits are expensive

Review from Operations Dept

overworked and not enough support. a raise would be nice

Review from Admin Dept

Need to pay market comp for market experience

A raise would be nice - I have worked there for 9 years with no raise. But that is something our branch leadership team has no control over - national mgt decisions. I would also appreciate updated equipment AND equipment compatible with the job they expect me to do.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Local administration has little say in compensation increases. It’s all driven from corporate and the job descriptions that do not encompass all that we do daily

Review from Admin Dept

I work so many hours doing the paperwork involved with my job and it is done at the end of my day 2-3 hours mores than my regular scheduled day of 6-7 pt’s which is at least 8-9 hours in a day.

Review from Operations Dept

Give me a raise, that will suffice

Hourly pay is too low for responsiblities; healthcare insurance is too high

Review from Operations Dept

Pay doesn't equal experience and education
