Put a syatem together where bullying is called out and not aupportive. Elliminate current panagement on local and regional level.

IT NEEDS TO BE ABOUT PATIENT CARE. TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENTS NEEDS.DON'T BASE IT ON COST

Management only cares about productivity and numbers rather than taking each patient and their needs into consideration, along with setting their employees up to fail.

Sometimes too much work or long hours

Treat the nurses who do all the work better and don,t dump all the managements work on then and say i don,t get paid for it so pass it on the nurses who are driving around seeing patients and have them take intake phone calls

only focus on the bottom line, not patients or employees

Seeing fewer pt’s per day so I can complete all the paperwork within an acceptable timeframe so I can stop feeling so overwhelmed. Hiring more staff.
