The ability to have an impact on our product, our users, and on our future, while being surrounded by brilliant people who genuinely care about each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is excellent at continuing to adapt the way that they run the company based on feedback from their employees. They adapt, ask questions, and remain humble despite the successes they and the company have had.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Two things: First is that everyone is encouraged to participate on the same playing field in meetings or conversations on slack, no matter your title. Second: We just have fun. We play HQ Trivia most days, and hilarious, light-hearted conversations occur on slack and in person everyday.
