What is the best part about your compensation package?

The fairness, regularity, and thought that goes into performance and compensation reviews here are pretty stellar. It's not wild west scenario here in terms of who gets raises, how much those raises are, and how often it happens. In fact, every team has a career advancement rubric for its roles.

The health care benefits, stock options, and overall compensation

Company Shares and out time off policy.

Kinnek pays 100% for medical, dental and vision in VERY rich plans! Saves a ton of money for everyone and shows a true investment in people.

Very fair policy, excellent benefits, and the leadership team keeps an open mind about this in general.

Competitive salary and 100% employee covered healthcare. Unlimited PTO is awesome too.

My manager is always open to discussing my compensation, and is transparent about when and how I can go about building my career here and get pay and equity raises in the future. There's no uncertainty, things are made clear and so it makes me feel confident that it's being handled fairly.

I don't think there's another company in NYC that offers the kind of medical benefits we enjoy here at Kinnek.

Compensation is great! They pay you well and expect you to return success and loyalty to the company– fair tradeoff I think. Plus this is a fun place to work with company events and team outings. Can't complain!
