What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We always say we're a learning organization. We make lots of mistakes, and we're actually proud of that. Not because it's cool to make mistakes, but because it shows you're treading new water, trying new things, pioneering something. That's what I most enjoy about our culture.

Our head of people and culture team ensure that everyone feels comfortable and can have their voice heard.
Openness, transparency and collaboration are some of the key pillars of our culture along with everyone being super mission driven. It is a really engaging and fun place to work, with a mission we can all rally behind - helping small businesses!
People here legitimately care about each other
The people are great and like each other. It's a very collaborative environment and everyone wants to help each other succeed.
There's a culture of learning here. The CEO always says we're a "Learning Organization", and that translates to being able to take risks, experiment, and try innovative approaches to solving problems. It's pretty awesome to be in an environment where that is encouraged.
We work fast and everyone is clear on their goals and responsibilities. Everyone is so smart.
Our head of people makes it a priority to add some play into all of this work. She never lets down with company events and has even established a culture club where we have a say on parties and event planning. Teams also get to have team events which are always fun!
The leadership encourage new ideas and are always open to doing things differently. They take our feedback seriously and follow-up with us on company requests.
Two things: First is that everyone is encouraged to participate on the same playing field in meetings or conversations on slack, no matter your title. Second: We just have fun. We play HQ Trivia most days, and hilarious, light-hearted conversations occur on slack and in person everyday.
Everyone is encouraged to contribute their ideas and opinions and they are truly valued by the leadership team and the company at large.
