It's obvious that they care a lot. They care about each and every employee, listen to our concerns, and take what we say seriously. The Leadership Team always hears what every single equity holder in the business has to say, which I think is rare in this environment.

They are accessible, easy to talk to, and have a tremendous understanding of the industry and vision for the company and its growth!
