What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a very inclusive and supportive group of people. There is not the sense of superiority but rather a team with tiers of experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is great! They pay you well and expect you to return success and loyalty to the company– fair tradeoff I think. Plus this is a fun place to work with company events and team outings. Can't complain!
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility and lack of pressure. Kinnek offers a supportive environment which takes away from the pressure to perform perfectly. This is a growing and learning company and every team is willing to teach you what you want to know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has very open communication. We are all very open and honest when it comes to feedback and advice which is crucial and sometimes lacking from a sales team. We all get along and are friends in and outside of the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our head of people makes it a priority to add some play into all of this work. She never lets down with company events and has even established a culture club where we have a say on parties and event planning. Teams also get to have team events which are always fun!
