Interactions and brainstorms with the team are fun/productive. Team culture is good and the location is insane (2 blocks from the beach).

The team is super talented, focused, and everyone feels a sense of ownership – people are accountable for their roles and willing to step up and help with others if needed. Everyone works really hard and moves at a fast pace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We fill out weekly "Pulse Checks" so that the leadership team hears our voice and can address any issues we have. Everyone really care about me/how I'm doing. We also have a nice, comfy office space with lots of sunlight and windows 2 blocks from the beach!
