What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how they want to hear what i have to say and allow my input to impact projects
They're transparent and they help us grow our skills within the company.
My favorite part about the leadership team is they are all willing to work with you and help you grow. They want you to learn and are always open to hearing improvements that they can make as well!
My direct boss is incredible. He is and always has been a mentor from the beginning. He has taught me everything I know.
Always listen to employees and wishes. Open to improvements.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Value your customers and stop telling them you can do things you can?
At everything from management up to office atmosphere.
Treat your employees better, stop all the pointless meetings and processes, stop misleading customers.

I am an intern! and i love how much i get to learn
I feel with hard work I can continuously grow in compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If your company is so hot and investors want to give you money why don’t you pay your employees bette
They keep promises to maintain you there but it's pretty unlikely that they'll actually give you anything that they've promised.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how everyone is so kind and able to communicate well! We push each other to excell in our fields.
My team is made up of driven, hard-working thought-leaders. The solutions we're pioneering are exciting and I enjoy taking them to marketing with my teammates.
We are all friendly and want to be together!
My coworkers are really enjoyable to speak with. They are some of my favorite people I've ever worked with, which is a lot to say given that we've been remote for years now.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are pointless. The CEO doesn’t listen and thinks she knows best because, former actors with no tech background make great tech leader
Stop all the pointless meetings and stop treating people like your personal assistant
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my coworkers and how kind they are
We have a weekly meeting that is all about fun and our achievements. Bringing a hard working week to a happy ending allowing us to relax.
We are all treated with lots of respect from top down.
It is easy to communicate with people at different positions and/or departments and Klickly helps employees learn new skills that are useful for current and future tasks.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's a really exciting culture / vibe at the moment, especially with a few recent team changes
it's like a little clubhouse for the CEO they need to pay respect to the more experienced employees who know what they are doing
What did you like most about the interview process?
Some of the questions asked are really fun and unique
I met a lot of the team from my co-worker, my director, and even the CEO.
I was able to speak with most of the executive team, which felt like everyone really wanted to speak with me before I was on the team.
The interview questions were somewhat challenging but the interviewers kindly walked through the questions and made sure that I didn't feel too nervous about the process. Thanks to the amicable atmosphere, I was able to do my best.

What makes you most happy at work?
They gave me a shot in this industry based on who I was as a person not by credentials alone. Because of that I am honored to be a part of this team. Not only that but my team as a whole gets along so well and we all help each other with work and our daily lives.

What do you like best about your company?
Working to build a ground breaking technology is inspiring. Also the team works great as a unit and has quite an impressive pedigree as well. It's cool to see all the moving parts from up close - it's like a well oiled machine
A talented, pedigree team working hard to solve a unique problem! In addition to cool investors and advisors, it's good to see the company getting recognition and awards in the space. And internally, it's clear that the leadership team has set this thing up for success. It's nice to be a part of it!
