Some of the questions asked are really fun and unique
I met a lot of the team from my co-worker, my director, and even the CEO.
I was able to speak with most of the executive team, which felt like everyone really wanted to speak with me before I was on the team.
The interview questions were somewhat challenging but the interviewers kindly walked through the questions and made sure that I didn't feel too nervous about the process. Thanks to the amicable atmosphere, I was able to do my best.
Speaking directly to the CEO in the process
It was pretty easy. Not much to say about it.
It didn't feel like a one-size-fits-all process; was very tailored to my needs
Felt very customized / tailored to me
I was asked what excited me about the future and how the company could check those boxes for my goals.
neutral didn't have much or a process, probably googled "how to interview someone"
They asked about what about Klickly was going to be a stepping stone or a key piece of my life-long goals. They were interested in how the role would help me grow as a person!
Who cares this is a dumb question
