What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my coworkers and how kind they are
We have a weekly meeting that is all about fun and our achievements. Bringing a hard working week to a happy ending allowing us to relax.
We are all treated with lots of respect from top down.
It is easy to communicate with people at different positions and/or departments and Klickly helps employees learn new skills that are useful for current and future tasks.

It's both hard-working / fast-paced, but also super supportive. They ask for a lot, but are there to help you deliver. Feels really satisfying.
There's a lot of diversity in the company. And we encourage each other to perform to our best ability! We also have regular PD discussions with managers / direct reports. This allows employees to flag issues or concerns or even work on personal goals
They do a great job facilitating a remote hybrid office culture. Everyone has a really positive energy and is willing to help each other out!

Great culture. People are friendly. If you're working to make friends that's a great place to be. I was working to make money though.

Great, thoughtful approach to making sure everyone feels heard and included. This includes monthly MVP awards and PD chats with all our managers.
Our weekly team meetings are fun. We can see everything the team has done over the week. We have monthly retrospectives every month too, where we can see the new features and products that have been released. It's fun to be able to see how well the team is executing.
There have been a couple of changes to the team lately, which has really helped to make a significantly more supportive environment
Culture is super liberating, also great that we're two blocks from the beach!

We fill out weekly "Pulse Checks" so that the leadership team hears our voice and can address any issues we have. Everyone really care about me/how I'm doing. We also have a nice, comfy office space with lots of sunlight and windows 2 blocks from the beach!
Everyone knows what they should be working on, and get the support they need to get it done
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's a really exciting culture / vibe at the moment, especially with a few recent team changes
it's like a little clubhouse for the CEO they need to pay respect to the more experienced employees who know what they are doing
