Very transparent! And genuinely care about my progress. There's also a lot of collaboration with the leadership team.

We always have agendas and even decks for every meeting. This keeps the team focused and the meetings effective.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We all get bonuses and benefits, but we also get equity in the company. The idea is we all share in a successful outcome. (It's also nice to have ability to be remote and have unlimited PTO)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of diversity in the company. And we encourage each other to perform to our best ability! We also have regular PD discussions with managers / direct reports. This allows employees to flag issues or concerns or even work on personal goals
