Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because the workload of 1 is the equivalent to 4 other workers and the level of security is unsafe with the current criminal activity

Mangers contantly talking down on me after two and a half years of working at kmart. I woukd feel better if my work was acknowledged and appreciated

For the amount of work we are expected to do the pay should be higher i think

managers talk down to employees frequently. no one in the store is getting adequate hours

Leadership from the top down needs a remodel.

I work consistently and hard, we are never truely valued at this workplace.

Some stores do not give raises even after years of great performance. You are only rewarded with "more hours" which is awful for employees who already work a lot of hours, part-time employees who can't take extra hours because of school, or in stores where no one gets more than 20 hours/week anyway.
