Because the workload of 1 is the equivalent to 4 other workers and the level of security is unsafe with the current criminal activity

Mangers contantly talking down on me after two and a half years of working at kmart. I woukd feel better if my work was acknowledged and appreciated

For the amount of work we are expected to do the pay should be higher i think

managers talk down to employees frequently. no one in the store is getting adequate hours

My coworkers on my level are fine; the majority of my management team dont respect me clearly and undermine me constantly.

The older ladies at Kmart are miserable people who bullying and harass younger team members.

Leadership is the worst I've seen! Solution: Invest into caring more about your people > They feel valued, work harder due to constant positive encouragement > Better results > New culture encourages better future leaders > even better results. It's so simple.

The bullying and ridicule in the workplace needs to stop.

I think are jobs are undefined. Management uses us in whatever way they want. It could be improved by having certain defined duties
