What is the best part about your compensation package?

A livable salary and just adjust comp plan

unlimited PTO that I can actually use

The best holiday parties and company mingles (we've literally bought out Universal Studios for a private holiday party - twice!) Free health care, unlimited snack, coffee and tea (in office), super flexible gym benefits through ClassPass, remote work options and flexible scheduling. those are top 1s

How about the company-wide monthly bonuses, 3.5% 401K matching, fully paid medical insurance, vision and dental plans, free ClassPass membership, open paid time off, competitive parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and certification bonuses! :)
