- What do you like best about the leadership team?The passion for our mission. Our leadership team is always working towards the same goal, which is transparency but not only towards the artists and music creators but with their employees, as well.
- What are some of the best things about your team?They are super hard workers and very collaborative.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?There are no egos in the company. Regardless of whether I am having a discussion to the SVP or an assistant, my opinions are considered with the same weight as theirs. Also, you can tell that everyone is passionate about music so, it makes it a fun work environment to be in.
