Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was NOT fairly compensated for the hours or time I've spent traveling for this company during the holidays. this had been brought to corporates attention and still have not been compensated
I am number one in sales and being given the worst sections on holiday weekends
Wages earned and really the energy
if they didnt take away my money to change my job positions only because they couldn't find somebody else to fill it
Management has a ginormous favoritism problem.
We are asked to work 12 hour days with no break. We have to ask permission for a cigarette, or have to eat on the fly. One manager gets high while working. It isnt ok.
