What do you like best about the leadership team?
There us no leadership from any of the managers. Managers gamble on the clock, date line cooks and hostesses, pick favorites among employees, and allow customers to make open threats towards their staff.

Treating their dedicated employees accordingly
Everything they do is awful
Actually improving the location. Not just doing one week visits.
Communication, attitude, energy, team effort
being friendly to their employees, being patient, knowing how to talk properly to employees, not screaming in their face making a girl cry and forced to quit.
Recognizing good work. Not allowing drinking on the job. Not over scheduling. Not pushing for 5 star reviews. More compassion ( let us eat when we dont get a break)
Being unbiased in scheduling/ placing servers in sections.
