What are some of the best things about your team?
They are well trained, well oriented, amd love their job.
The servers themselves work as a team.
We picked up the pieces for eachother. All of the servers and bartenders were watching management ruin the spirit of teamwork and we did our best to keep it alive. I was a shift leader for 4.5 years so I’ve definitely seen both sides. This company needs to do better with choosing who is in charg
The servers because we are the only ones helping each other

Train better for staff involvment
Training. Hiring qualified persons who apply themselves and are attentive as well.
Everything to be specific teamwork
Encourage management to rotate sections so everyone can be compensated fairly.
