Training. Hiring qualified persons who apply themselves and are attentive as well.

Be more honest about the environment they are bringing potential employees into.
The management staff is all politics and some of them are dating lower level employees within the restaurant.

Management is more worried about not working than doing their important job as a leader.
Stop overworking staff. Stop pushing for reviews. Stop ignoring hard workers
