We picked up the pieces for eachother. All of the servers and bartenders were watching management ruin the spirit of teamwork and we did our best to keep it alive. I was a shift leader for 4.5 years so I’ve definitely seen both sides. This company needs to do better with choosing who is in charg

When I get treated professionally, how we should be treated, becuase they are very disrespectful there, I cannot believe they let a manager with anger issues scream at all their employees making workers not want to come into work.
