not a bad gig for a seasonal job except for the working nights part
Overall, work is just challenging enough to keep us busy, but not so much that we feel overwhelmed.
I like the job, but they dont provide enough information on the training. After the training, you have to guess a lot.

I'm really not satisfied. We lack of a global vision, we deliver stuff withou purpose. No one cares about us, about what we think, about our needs also now during COVID. We need to know japanese management and we want to have some say in decisions regarding us (smartworking and so on)
