I'm really not satisfied. We lack of a global vision, we deliver stuff withou purpose. No one cares about us, about what we think, about our needs also now during COVID. We need to know japanese management and we want to have some say in decisions regarding us (smartworking and so on)

The flexibility: I had my interview during lunch time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve remote working, let people stay at home and find a balance between work and family. No need to command and control attitude if the emploeeys are motivated
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We miss a vision, we feel that no one cares about us (Europe laboratories). During the COVID the perception was that Konica cared about their employees and the balance between work and family. But it's not true, sadly. Now we have to come back to our office, with the COVID still spreading.
