My team keeps moving, and stays bright despite the rest of the company tearing them down at every chance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our office is entirely ignored in any public leadership conversation, even though we handle the majority of the workload. We are all paid less than any other office, despite doing twice as much.
