The work itself is AMAZING. I have so many opportunities and have learned so much as an engineer, and I'm flying on a high of wearing tons of hats and gaining technical and leadership skills. But if I am totally honest, I do not feel appreciated or like my achievements are recognized like others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is ALWAYS something to do, and the slack banter is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep us in the know and are genuinely interested in communicating the company mission and educating themselves and us.
What makes you most happy at work?
I just get to build SO MUCH STUFF. I'm truly in the right place at the right time for R&D.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can afford to live alone in the general Boston area, which is super important to me. I don't really know how it compares otherwise, though.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the most hardworking, dedicated, and amazing small team. I can truly rely on these people. They even came from different career/education paths than I did, and I love that about Kyruus.
