Having a manager that listens and takes our feedback to heart. He makes sure that there are no bottlenecks and if there are, get them resolved quickly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and clear about the company position and what they are working on and how we can join in and learn more or channels to give feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I just like how honest my team members are and know that things are business related and to not take things personally. Also like that I can hang with them outside of work as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would say making sure to pay us market value or slightly above would be great. For the amount of work our team does, we get the short end of the stick. Would love to see more benefit investment benefits since Stocks are ok if we go public, but are worthless until then.
