A willingness to help others whenever needed and a good work/life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation- it's just nice to know I have it incase something comes up.

I appreciate that the leadership team has made a greater effort to be transparent the past few months.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job is the right amount of comfortable and challenging- I'm learning new things all the time but not in a way that feels overwhelming.
