I feel totally empowered to share my opinions and ideas with the company as well as being able to dig deeper into areas of interest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super collaborative and I feel like we all have each other's backs. My team is also very good at recognizing and publicly appreciating accomplishments, new ideas and contributions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO allows me to balance work with my personal life in an effective way. I really love that everyone utilizes this policy and there's no judgement in using your personal time and recharge days.
