Kyruus is one of the best, if not the best, companies that I have worked for. It has been a very positive experience and I am glad to have the latitude to lead my team the way that I want to lead.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my direct team and the larger department. I do enjoy being customer-facing and rising to the challenges every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent with what is happening and going to happen. I feel that they genuinely care about us and show it daily, with action not just words.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very inclusive and we are encouraged to make calculated mistakes. Being completely remote makes it a little more difficult to spread the culture around, but Kyruus does a great job!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Kyruus has a great compensation package. The health plan is great and they have done a great job in keeping the cost the same year over year. There are wellness perks and the bonus program is a real thing!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive and very customer-focused. We are all pulling in the same direction and want to do the best we can for our customers and each other. We hire for skill-set and fit and we leverage our individual strengths to achieve awesome things!
