What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do have a good manager which is good. Learn from each other mindset is good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much executive decisions are made and has been very disruptive for my team for the past 3 months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On an average Kyruus' pay is on the lower side of things. There is no benefit outside of the base pay considering most of us lost 5% bonus for 2024.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It will be good if leadership team understand the state of each Prod/dev team before making executive decisions. If the executive decisions have to be made none the less then they will have to discuss plan Bs with the Dev Managers. The most impacted layer with all the executive decisions are Manager
