The leadership team at Kyruus is very transparent.
What makes you most happy at work?
Independence to do my job the way I see fit. I'm held accountable, but not micro-managed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get reimbursed $500 / quarter to spend as we see fit on wellness related items (gym memberships, massages, ski passes, classes/training, etc).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is made to feel (and genuinely is) welcome. Whether you're new to the team or been around for a while, everyone is treated with respect and open arms.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've been with Kyruus for MANY years, and the primary reason I've stuck around is the people I work with. Work doesn't seem like work when you enjoy the people you're doing it with. It is a very social company (but no one is forced to do any socializing they aren't comfortable with).
