We are close knit, we work as a team, and our manager supports us to go get what we need so we're able to execute at a high level

They are transparent about company happenings. Also, they are willing to do whatever it takes to help make this company successful while making a real impact to patients and providers positive outcomes.

You are not judged/evaluated on your data/numbers alone. There is an understanding that everyone is working as hard as they possibly can to make this company the best it can be.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm doing work that really is impacting a need in our country. Also, working with many people that are in the same stage of personal life as I am currently.
