Good healthcare plan but no 401k match
deputed & direct staff not treated equally. No growth, appreciation & benefits available for direct staff.
Undervalued because recognition for your work is hardly accepted. And there is no link or emotions between the work force & company other then money. Because Management has forgotten to treat their workforce or spend on keeping their workforce happy & make them feel at home.
Praises only in words, no remuneration or promotions for valuable inputs and achievements. Need better motivating factors to promote efficiency.
