Theyre just selfish and have been in business so long they're complacent in their ways thinking its the pinnacle of success. They dont value any opinion but their own. They dont value employees or their time.9-8 as a GM with an hr lunch. Every saturday 9-1. Ridiculous.

Our benefits are enough. Our pay as trainers is not enough anymore. Due to inflation, change in economy, our commission pay is not enough for the New York, specifically.

The sales counselors arent the easiest to work with.

trying to intimidate me because im a woman

I make 7.50 a session and i am expected to do hours of research and programming without getting payed for it. Im spoken to like im trash and work in the most hostile environment i have ever seen, employees talk about gross shit and threaten eachother with violence

absolutely , despite being okay with my pay the lack of respect is missing

The recommended minimum wage in Florida is $15.00 and they pay janitorial postions only $11 an hour. They don't offer full time and or any benefits for this postion. Most janitorial postions in Florida offer this.

The brand its self is undervalued so i guess I asked for this their pricing options and service options and technology lets just say everything is old. Felling like bally totalts or blockbuster series and no job security

Minimum wage is not adequate for the constant calls bwing made and constant attention to member issues. Compensation should all be percentage based. It is unfair of managers to earn commission when they are off shift.

As previously stated, I have not been paid for the work i've done and this has now caused my bank account to enter the negatives; despite having no money as a direct result of my PTD, i'm still expected to come in

The manager talks down to me and tells my clients that he can train them better. I think he should actually try to promote the clients to utilize the training sessions they pay for with the great trainers he hires but he is worried about making himself look good

Offered better pay and and actually get uniforms and get paid on time !!
