Equipment breaks and takes a very long time to get fixed or does not get fixed. Corporate and higher up leaders claim to listen to concerns but changes are not made. Communication is poor all around.

Actually have equipment that works and isnt down all the time. Actually clean the facility
Operations manager in the newington ct location needs to be replaced
Amenities are being cut to try and trim down costs. Daycare got removed, certain group classes got removed. Employee pay isn't keeping up with inflation
Nothing ever gets fixed The sales team doesnt have a coheisive schedual leaving the front desk people to have to turn potentional members away The ptd speaks to the trainers like garbage Were told we can pick which clients we want then when we speak up about it we are threatened to be fired
From receptionists to managers. There has not even been a single meeting regarding Corona protocols. They ignored many people from getting back to work. We never knew who was our manager! No respect no communications! Clubs were not running good regarding hygiene and people's convenience.
Members get upset because they always feel they are beung lied to.

The greatest strength of any company comes from the employees that support it. Upper and middle management needs to understand this. Hard working employees need to be treated fairly and given the chance to earn raises and the potential to move vertically. Running employees into the ground isn't ok.
Prices and upkeep of gym
no costumer service ever been so bad.
My boss didn't train me. Lied about my work load. Expects me to train supervise and motivate people who make the same money as me. I am expected to do way more work than my co workers who make the same hourly wage.
The management and how they train their employees and how managers talk to members should be improved.
The trainers and sales people are constantly making fun of guests and other employees. The manager should do something to stop them but he doesn't seem to care.
Not my problem go ask the company. I only worked there.
