The community of members and group fitness instructors is wonderful. Corporate does not value managers who advocate for their teams and is resistant to change, which leads to frustrations among those working directly with members.

The group fitness instructors have formed a great community thanks to our former manager.

I liked that I was able to do it all over the phone and submit an audition through WhatsApp.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I loved my direct group fitness manager, however she was recently let go due to differences of opinion with corporate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Equipment breaks and takes a very long time to get fixed or does not get fixed. Corporate and higher up leaders claim to listen to concerns but changes are not made. Communication is poor all around.
