I have had very minimal interactions with the leadership team, so it would be hard for me to say what I like best

The sales counselors arent the easiest to work with.

We are grossly under compensated for our jobs and have zero retirement benefits

As previously stated, I have not been paid for the work i've done and this has now caused my bank account to enter the negatives; despite having no money as a direct result of my PTD, i'm still expected to come in

Paid $11 an hour, no stock or equity, no benefits. Keep riding that minimum wage.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Equipment breaks and takes a very long time to get fixed or does not get fixed. Corporate and higher up leaders claim to listen to concerns but changes are not made. Communication is poor all around.
