My hourly is not enough for the amount of hours i work every two weeks. Also the experience i have in this field should be compensated better

Theyre just selfish and have been in business so long they're complacent in their ways thinking its the pinnacle of success. They dont value any opinion but their own. They dont value employees or their time.9-8 as a GM with an hr lunch. Every saturday 9-1. Ridiculous.

Our benefits are enough. Our pay as trainers is not enough anymore. Due to inflation, change in economy, our commission pay is not enough for the New York, specifically.

The sales counselors arent the easiest to work with.

Better pay, clear roles in management, less micromanaging

From receptionists who do not do their jobs right and they are very unexperienced and careless to the managers who do not communicate with us and answers our questions and concerns. They are not helpful at all.

Don't make the interview all about compensation. They didn't even ask me any questions on my qualifications, what I expect of the company, etc.

Equipment breaks and takes a very long time to get fixed or does not get fixed. Corporate and higher up leaders claim to listen to concerns but changes are not made. Communication is poor all around.

Actually have equipment that works and isnt down all the time. Actually clean the facility

Operations manager in the newington ct location needs to be replaced

Amenities are being cut to try and trim down costs. Daycare got removed, certain group classes got removed. Employee pay isn't keeping up with inflation
