Leadership needs to follow through on investigations and follow up on concerns, and improve on their communication to lower levels, as all employees in a small store with small staff should be kept updated in the company's goal. HR needs to show that they will attempt to solve the problem.

The leadership has changed since the President was fired.. But the team has been left in limbo since the company was sold
Caring more about workers rights
Stop hiring everybody on the spot. Just because they give you a good feeling, doesnt mean anything. Our turnover rate is insanely high because of this practice. Everybody gets hired unless the manager doesnt like you as a person
Let others conduct interview -- 1 day with manager another day with a manager at a different store or DM -- every-time
They expect the best but won't compensate for talent
Customers no longer wish to shop, causing huge decrease in store traffic for all stores. Priced too high and some staff scare them out
They need to respect the lower leveled employees.
