What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Most positive would be how coworkers interact with each other in a friendly and inviting manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?They are friendly and always do their best with what they have. No complaints really about the other employees.
What makes you most happy at work?Helping customers find their bras. Its rewarding and a great feeling. Nothing, aside from that. Its always panic and stress.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Stop hiring everybody on the spot. Just because they give you a good feeling, doesnt mean anything. Our turnover rate is insanely high because of this practice. Everybody gets hired unless the manager doesnt like you as a person
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Be better people... more caring/considerate of the people under you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Appreciating their employees. Not denying sick calls. Less gossip.
