What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I'm sure its positive for all sorts of diseases.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They try to show strong values for he company
What is the best part about your compensation package?The people that manage it and communicate with the employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Do your jobs, everyone with a license clearly gave up right after.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Too many politics. The "good old boy" attitude where one manager covers for another and none of them accept responsibility when things don't go as planned.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Accountability at the upper management level. They must feel like they have a responsibility to "make it happen"
