What did you like most about the interview process?Only a couple of rounds, short process.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Product innovation is really not innovative. The brand is really not a brand. Procurement is out on a pedestal but when PNOC is a metric it can be manipulated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Better collaboration. Smartest, most capable and business savvy people excluded. They want to execute outdated CPG playbook that needs to be trashed. HR needs to be gutted far too large for company size.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Took pay cut for job there was promised to gap close never happened. Equity is a joke compared to PE, especially with falling share price.
