We get to negotiate and that usually is done in good faith and to the benefit of both parties

The comaraderie between the employees and our ability to accomplish the things we can with the lack of leadership we have to deal with on the daily
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. The facility I am employed at is in dire need of new leadership. We are lucky to have one supervisor that does care and really tries to do things the right way
