What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very hardworking and always collaborative with the other employees
Smart people, relatively transparent, and honestly all want us (and themselves) to do great work.

Very good health insurance coverage, despite rising costs.

Transparent bonus structure vs. a subjective one

We always work with each other and make sure everyone is getting the equal amount of work
We are successful despite the fact that we are constantly educating our colleagues on how to think about and sell our work.
