I love my job and I love LaRosas, however certain higher management have crossed many lines that would reguarly result in termination.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers. I have made so many life long friends, as well as many regulars who love me and my service.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I serve, so while my pay is on tips, I feel it is fair, but I wouldnt say there is a best part.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Excluding management, we all support each other. Front or back of house, we always ask if we can help each other out in any way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
MOST, are amazing, and supportive, and truly care about their staff, one however, has shown a complete disregaurd for or saftey and well being on multipe occasions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I just wish the managers (manager) would support, and not borderline harrass us. Many women have come forward and said a certain someone treats them unfairly. Constant comment on apperance and bodies, even allowing a customer to take a photos of a girls bottom without any repercussion.
