What do you like best about the leadership team?
MOST, are amazing, and supportive, and truly care about their staff, one however, has shown a complete disregaurd for or saftey and well being on multipe occasions.

Understanding of my needs and work with my schedule
The managers get along and communicate with each other, and have a respect for each other and those that work under them
The leadership is okay, it could be better
Very friendly environment ! Get along great !
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I serve, so while my pay is on tips, I feel it is fair, but I wouldnt say there is a best part.

Excluding management, we all support each other. Front or back of house, we always ask if we can help each other out in any way.

Willingness to help with anything. Willingness to teach
They are very nice kind and caring people
They work very hard and make sure to put the effort in not for themselves but for their other team members. they make sure to do all of their outwork, they show up on time, and they all have fantastic attitudes worth far more than what you as a company are providing

The smiles and promoting of positivity

The people I work with
People are very willing to share items they have brought to work like food, very flexible scheduling, and a few nice people that work there.
We have a good team work and having a knowledge
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was told i would get the hours i wanted
I filled out the application was called in the next day and hired.
I felt like I was questioned thoroughly
Taylor was very sweet kind and understanding and she was very direct into the point and she was very nice and polite and courteous when she interviewed me
It was short and sweet, and I got employed on the spot and could start working the same week.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers. I have made so many life long friends, as well as many regulars who love me and my service.

Working with with people who share my work ethic
Free food, recieving a wage, and work experience.
