What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is how people come in with hope they wont get fired and will meet their metrics
The culture environment is focus in innovation and doing thing right the first time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus on retaining the individuals you have, rather than state that we are "churn and burn" and hire entry-level candidates who don't know a proper workplace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process that I like the most was that all of my questions were answered, and the conversation was smooth flowing

The company takes too long to get back to you about an offer
What makes you most happy at work?
I look forward to going to work because my team is always positive, and willing to go that extra mile for anyone

Everything is going wrong: management, training, theowing you to the sharks
