Not going into the office
Everyday during standup, there is always a clear sense of progress on my team's project.
I like having a clear vision for success, the independence and room to be creative and make things happen and collaboration with like-minded peers

rebuild the recruiting team from the ground up, or pay 3rd party recruiting services. recruting is completely broken
Leadership team is not qualified or are only in their role because they have been with the company for years. Bring no value
slow approval process, ceo and execs are old-school business-minded especially for a tech company
