we have a great leadership team.
There is a clear strategy and a great vision.
Clear direction. we all know where we are headed. not sure how we are going to get there but I'll figure it out.

we have a great winning team
Coworkers are so helpful and willing to assist. Very collaborative environment.
We just had our all-hands quarterly meeting. This keeps everyone on the same page. Changes in strategy are clearly communicated.
We're friendly and goofy and look out for each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Laserfiche is super collaborative. The staff are truly helpful. The other day I was stuck on a project and when I asked if anyone had a similar problem, I had 3 people jumping in.
The people are friendly, welcoming and generally positive.
There is a lot of cross discipline interaction. I work with many people from other departments.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was two years ago. It consisted of a multiple panels of people. I had the opportunity to talk with staff that was working directly and indirectly with me. It gave me a great picture on what the work was going to be like.
They were open to working with my schedule and figuring out how I might be a good fit for the company
